Summize is a conversational search engine which allows you to search Twitter in realtime. Useful for finding customer feedback even when people do not provide it directly to you. For example, I just found out that for some people the Rank Checker Firefox extension stopped working after the last update. So I just reverted the extension and am awaiting another update from the developer. Summize offers RSS feeds so you can track conversations mentioning your brands and/or important topics.

Recently, Brandon explained why he uses articles for gaining links and traffic. However, some people were wondering exactly where they should be submitting their articles. Yes, there is article submission software available, but it best to do this discriminately and by hand. Don’t get discouraged when wading through the increasing number of article submission sites. I’m doing some SEO work for a friend of mine at the moment. It’s been an ongoing thing, the site’s been optimised as best it can be for the keywords in question, I’ve exhausted my list of around 1,000 directories (yes this does work), written and submitted articles to all the worthwhile article directories (this works too), yet he’s still not ranked number one for his main keywords. First page, no doubt, but yet to grab the number one spot.
